We had a great turnout for the Edgemoor Hospital Breakfast on 3-16-2019. Our theme was Saint Patrick's Day, and Key club members from both West Hills and Santana High Schools helped with the decorations, food ordering and talking with the patients. Don Ainsworth provided all of the decorations in addition to the boom box playing Irish songs. Kiwanis club members helping out included Don Ainsworth (activity lead), Jesse Studely, Ray Bach, Keith Warner, and myself. Don’s daughter Alyssa Fernandez also helped with this event.

All of our Santee Kiwanis club members and non-member helped the key club students and also talked with the patients as they ate. We also had help from Edgemoor Hospital Nurses, Kathy Johnson and Jasmine Sino. Our next Edgemoor Hospital breakfast is scheduled for May 18.
