This year the Kiwanis Club of Santee kicked off a program to support the Santee School District PTA/PTSA programs. Kiwanis members pay PTSA membership and also provide additional volunteer staffing in support of PTA functions and fundraisers. This week Keith & Joan Warner, newly minted Rio Seco PTSA members, volunteered to help out at the Bubble Run Fundraiser. Keith and Joan filled water cups to help keep the children hydrated as they ran their laps.
